Minutes not enough

[edit]

Hey Equazcion, I just got "Due to high database server lag, changes newer than 39,596 seconds (659 minutes, 56 seconds) may not appear in this list. " Apparently, minutes is not enough... Could you expand to hours (or even days) please? Technical 13 (talk) 23:39, 29 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

All done. You can test using User:Equazcion/LagToMinutesBeta.js, which will insert a fake lag message. Add the line var testSecs = "39,596"; to set a test number of seconds. equazcion | 04:34, 30 Sep 2013 (UTC)
Thanks. I'm not going to fuss about it with the beta script, the coding looks about right to me at a quick glance and I'm sure you've tested it. :) Also, the watchlist database server doesn't crash often enough to be "too" worried about all kinds of fancy testing. :) Happy editing! Silly me, I'm not awake yet... I copied your beta script into my console to test it... It's good. :) Technical 13 (talk) 11:23, 30 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
