Iowa
[edit]Hey, I was ready to get Iowa up to GA status a few months ago, but have been pretty lazy lately. Would you be interested in helping me with that? Also, I can get some coordinates for places I know around the Quad Cities. CTJF83Talk 21:05, 27 August 2009 (UTC)
- To start off, if you wanted to look at User:Ctjf83/Iowa and see suggestions I and other users have for improving it, leaving your own thoughts? CTJF83Talk 04:49, 28 August 2009 (UTC)
- What do you do for coords with multiple locations, like the area codes or Eastern Iowa Community College District? CTJF83Talk 05:10, 28 August 2009 (UTC)
- I agree, I feel they are such huge areas, that a geo coordinate wouldn't work well. CTJF83Talk 05:07, 11 September 2009 (UTC)
- I'm no formating expert, but for Osceola, Iowa I think the infobox and the large number of pictures are getting in the way of the demographics box....actually, yes I just moved down the demographics section, and removed 3 pictures to check, and it looks ok now. Do you think we need all those pictures? If so perhaps a gallery section? CTJF83Talk 05:20, 11 September 2009 (UTC)
- No problem! CTJF83Talk 16:47, 11 September 2009 (UTC)
- What do you think of usingg this address for the location? If not, I can do some research at the library. CTJF83Talk 19:05, 16 September 2009 (UTC)

- If you have a lot of free time, would you mind reading over Davenport, Iowa and doing copy edit before I nominate it for FA? Thanks, CTJF83Talk 19:37, 16 September 2009 (UTC)
- Ok, thank you! No rush at all. CTJF83Talk 19:47, 16 September 2009 (UTC)
- You can make your suggestions on either page, but I'd prefer the Davenport talk, so others can easily see who are also reviewing. As far as Palmer, I guess I use University interchangeably with college, should I change the lead then? As for Quad instead of Quint, from what I understand, Quad just kind of stuck instead of Quint. Thanks again for your help, no rush if you're busy. CTJF83Talk 04:10, 21 September 2009 (UTC)

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Disambiguation link notification for December 2
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Cyrenus Cole, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Central College. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
