[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, adding content without citing a reliable source, as you did to Bill Moyers, is not consistent with our policy of verifiability. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you are familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources, please take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. ► RATEL ◄ 03:15, 9 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Drudge Report, you will be blocked from editing. ► RATEL ◄ 03:17, 9 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not remove information from articles, as you did to Matt Drudge. Wikipedia is not censored, and content is not removed even if some believe it to be contentious. Please discuss this issue on the article's talk page to reach consensus rather than continuing to remove the disputed material. You also have the option to configure Wikipedia to hide the images that you may find offensive. Thank you. ► RATEL ◄ 03:18, 9 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

You are attempting to remove or modify content that has withstood long discussion and is the result of extensive compromise over several years. This is not the way wikipedia works. You do not join up and start hacking away at things you don't like. I refer you to the talk pages (and especially the archived talk pages) where you can see that the material you are trying to censor or remove was extensively discussed until a form of consensus was reached. If you continue to edit in this consensus-spurning, aggressive and non-consultative way, your account and IP will eventually be banned, I can assure you. I've seen it happen several times before. ► RATEL ◄ 05:57, 9 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Just because it has been there for "a while" is no reason for its inclusion. Here Cometh the Milkman (talk) 13:30, 9 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hello

[edit]

You've appeared out of nowhere as a new user and taken up edit warring, seemingly following the path of others. Why? ➨ ЯEDVERS a sweet and tender hooligan 20:22, 9 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

No deep reason. I made an edit on Bill Moyers, which was promptly reverted for no stared reason and decided to see what elese the user who reverted me was up to. Why do you ask? Here Cometh the Milkman (talk) 20:44, 9 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Three revert rule

[edit]

You're sailing close to the wind here. Please read WP:3RR before you revert any more edits. Theresa Knott | token threats 21:15, 9 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Did I just hit a bee's nest? Is there some kind of IM or twitter alert? Here Cometh the Milkman (talk) 21:17, 9 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
No. The admin noticeboard is a busy place that's all. Theresa Knott | token threats 21:24, 9 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Hmmm, seems awful busy. I notice you didnt warn anyone else. Here Cometh the Milkman (talk) 21:27, 9 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
No one else needed warning. You OTOH are apparently a new user and so might not be aware of that rule. Theresa Knott | token threats 21:39, 9 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
You have been blocked from editing for a period of one day in accordance with Wikipedia's blocking policy for edit warring after being warned. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make constructive contributions. If you believe this block is unjustified, you may contest the block by adding the text {{unblock|your reason here}} below, but you should read our guide to appealing blocks first.
