Jovanmilic97 (talk) 20:01, 21 November 2019 (UTC)Hawklords
[edit]There is little point in having the Hawklords page redirect to Hawklords (1978). Simply move Hawklords (1978) the Hawklords as the primary topic, with its hatnote for Hawklords (2008). This will help with searches and fixes all of the original links, which are currently being re-routed through the redirect. 109.149.245.88 (talk) 15:05, 6 October 2020 (UTC)

[edit]Mind the insults
[edit]"Fixing those lazily added, improper new citations." Bare URLs are perfectly fine to quickly source content that needs sourcing. While filling out the citation is important for linkrot, it's not critical over meeting WP:V. This is a collaboration, after all. -- ferret (talk) 14:57, 10 May 2021 (UTC)
Fair play. Thanks for the info. Meeting standards is certainly what I’ve come to know from your edits. IAmTheNeil (talk) 16:34, 10 May 2021 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for May 3
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Profound Mysteries, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Andreas Nilsson. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

A detail in Profound Mysteries
[edit]Hi! There's a rather minor detail which still puzzles me. Asking you because you seem to be the user who added the text. In the development section we retell Goldfrapp' impressions of working with Röyksopp. The original text says: "and it was a fascinating joy creating "Impossible" together". The article paraphrasing stated that he described the creation process as a fascinating joy. I felt like this wording was quite inaccurate when taken out of context, so the better variant would be "the creative process". Please advise whether my guess is correct (English is my second language) and whether the meaning of the original statement is correctly paraphrased in this way, or it should still be "the creation process". Many thanks, --Ur frnd (talk) 22:04, 3 May 2022 (UTC)
- Thank you for the suggestion! I think there's a small concern that "the creative process" could be taken to mean something more abstract than the creation of the album itself, but I agree that the previous phrasing wasn't ideal either; therefore, I've adjusted it to borrow a little more heavily from the original quote, to avoid misconception. Hopefully this will solve it :) IAmTheNeil (talk) 23:19, 3 May 2022 (UTC)
- I agree with all your arguments. Seems unlikely that she had the creative process itself in mind. So the adjustment you have made, although it contains more direct citations, will certainly not distort the meaning. Thanks for the help! --Ur frnd (talk) 09:49, 4 May 2022 (UTC)
