Articles Updated
[edit]Julia_Benson - Her official website (Her & I manage) [1]
Notes
[edit]I have recently updated the article for actress Julia Benson I also maintain her website
Nov 3rd i noticed that the page is marked for copyright infringement. This is false as my edit has been removed - sucks for my first edit for that to happen... with no listed reason.

Welcome!
[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia, Ianleblanc! I am A8UDI and have been editing Wikipedia for quite some time. I just wanted to say hi and welcome you to Wikipedia! If you have any questions, feel free to leave me a message on my talk page or by typing {{helpme}} at the bottom of this page. I love to help new users, so don't be afraid to leave a message! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:
- Introduction
- The five pillars of Wikipedia
- How to edit a page
- Help pages
- How to write a great article
I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Oh yeah, I almost forgot, when you post on talk pages you should sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); that should automatically produce your username and the date after your post. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and ask your question there. Again, welcome!

[edit]I am very quickly loosing my interest in wiki - I do an beginning article for my firm (not as an advertisement) and save to preview it and its deleted with in 60 seconds of saving... i didn't even get a chance to expand it.
Secondly another article i write get removed for copywrite infringement by an anonymous user and I am unable to re-add it which this is all seeminly to me BS {{helpme}}
What can i do to stop this crap
- Try using a place in your userspace to develop articles. User:Ianleblanc/Sandbox, for example, is a place that's "yours", and material that is not a copyright infringement should not normally be deleted. (If this does happen, please let me know on my talk page.) When you've finished developing your article, it can be moved to mainspace. Again, please let me know on my talk page if I can help you do that.—S Marshall Talk/Cont 18:28, 3 November 2009 (UTC)
- I apologize for tagging it for speedy deletion, that was my fault. I interpreted it as an advertisement. If you would like to create it again, could I help you with editing it? Also, I find the following template works well to identify an article as "in-the-process," {{under construction}} A little insignificant Bloated on candy 18:31, 3 November 2009 (UTC)
Thanks for the update this helps out a lot.
{{helpme}} an article i updated get removed for copywrite infringement by an anonymous user and I am unable to re-add it. The article is Julia Benson the part was the bio which was given to me by her agent of which i posted on Wiki and then on her website which i help maintain. What should i do differently to not have this happen.
- There are instructions on Julia Benson on how to proceed. Please understand, however, that being the copyright holder/author of other info does not release you from responsibility to follow Wikipedia's guidelines for copyrighted materials. They must still be released in a manner that is consistent with our licensing. Please see WP:COPYRIGHT for more detail. Essentially, you'd have to release some text into a compatible license, which would allow others to copy it from Wikipedia and use it themselves; you'd have no claim over it at that point. - As the instructions are no longer viewable on the article's face, I'll point you to Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials, which contains the instructions. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 15:19, 7 November 2009 (UTC)
