You have been blocked from editing from certain pages (Hugo Helmig) for a period of 72 hours for edit warring and BLP policy violations. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  DatGuyTalkContribs 18:11, 1 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

BLP policy has not been violated by me because BLP policy only applies to living persons. Hugo Helmig died on 23 november 2022. This has been confirmed by Danish media Frihedens Stemme, which is under the purview of the Danish Press Council and with criminal liability for the publisher under the The Media Liability Act.

Danish media has published several articles about his death. One article including copy of certificate from the Danish Social Security Administration confirming death date 23 November 2022. Another article includes evidence that the apartment of Hugo Helmig is now owned by deceased estate including evidence from the publicly accessible real estate registry. Decline reason:

The BLP policy sometimes is used in the cases of recently deceased individuals. Regardless, you were edit warring, so the block is valid. After your block expires, use the talk page to establish consensus, instead of edit warring. PhilKnight (talk) 07:51, 2 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

As noted above, BLP also applies to recently deceased individuals. Daniel Case (talk) 07:57, 2 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
