I can see that you have been trying to create an article about a young rapper, using multiple accounts to do so. That is not permitted - the relevant guidance is at WP:SOCK, but basically you shouldn't be using multiple accounts to edit the same draft article - it makes it look like you are multiple people, which is problematic in a project where the consensus of editors' opinions is how decisions are made. I have therefore blocked all of your accounts from editing. If you wish to continue editing, you should read the guide to appealing blocks, and make an appeal - I would strongly suggest that you appeal from this account, since all of your other ones look like violations of our username policy.

A note about the article you have been trying to write. We don't host articles about every possible subject. We have a concept here called notability, which determines whether or not we should have an article about something/someone. Any article is expected to demonstrate, by means of assertions of fact within the article but also by reference to multiple reliable sources, that the subject of the article is notable. The relevant criteria for a musician would either be WP:GNG or WP:NMUSIC - you need to show that your subject passes one or other of those guidelines.
