You're off to a bit of a slow start, but I like the structure you've established for yourself. Right now, I see no evidence of research though, which is why there's not much to say. As you expand the article, remember that you need to keep a neutral tone: this isn't a tourist website; it's a factual report. Instead of saying "The street has tons of beautiful art galleries," try saying something more like "Julia Street is home to many of New Orleans' art galleries." The information is the same, but the tone is very different.
