multiple names
[edit]I'm making a page with biographical details. Ive created links to the various personalities, but some are already recognised and will automatically take me to the biography of a person with the same name. How do I make sure the link goes to the right person?— Preceding unsigned comment added by Jkorman2000 (talk • contribs)
- Please see Wikipedia:Disambiguation. Also, if you would like to mention the title of the article, I would take a look at it and see what can be done :) PeaceNT 03:18, 27 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit]I nominated the individual articles on presenters for speedy deletion (A7): they fail to assert notability, as well as seem to lack reliable sources. -Wooty Woot? contribs 06:23, 27 May 2007 (UTC)
Notability of Geoff Phillips
[edit]Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Geoff Phillips, by Wooty, another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Geoff Phillips seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.
To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Geoff Phillips, please affix the template {{hangon}}
to the page, and put a note on its talk page. This bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion, it did not nominate Geoff Phillips itself. Feel free to leave a message on the bot operator's talk page if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot. Thanks. --Android Mouse Bot 2 06:34, 27 May 2007 (UTC)
