[edit]I've been editing WP for over two years now and I've lost count of how many times I've had the following conversation:
"If you think a page needs improving, then either improve it or tag it for someone else!"
ME: "Okay..."
"No, not like that!" <revert>
ME: "Here's the policy or essay which justifies this edit. What's your problem?"
"Stop making edits I don't like!"
ME: "There was a maintenance tag on this article and I removed the problematic content."
"Stop making edits I don't like!"
ME: "Under what policy or essay did you revert my edit?"
"Stop making edits I don't like!"
