Hello! Voting in the 2021 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 6 December 2021. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2021 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:54, 23 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Centre for Science and Policy, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Chief Scientific Adviser. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 05:59, 17 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

The 2021 census results released so far are only for England and Wales. Figures for the whole of the UK have not been released yet. NebY (talk) 14:03, 6 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Daily Mail is unreliable.

[edit]

Hello, @LauristonGdns! I hope you're having a wonderful day.

A heads-up, the Daily Mail is considered an unreliable source by the community, as shown in WP:DAILYMAIL specifically.

Because of that, I reverted one of your recent edits, but now as you know why I did it, please don't take it personally.

Clarification

[edit]

Edit: This is regarding the Low Traffic Neighbourhood Page Hi @LauristonGdns, I noticed you removed my edit regarding a by-election saying it was to the section was to do with major focus on Ltns which is understandable. However the article I used as a source stated that there was suggestion that the loss was due to the LTN scheme. Also please see this secondary source https://www.onlondon.co.uk/lewis-baston-tower-hamlets-politics-are-different-but-labours-weavers-ward-by-election-loss-will-worry-the-party-across-london/amp/

I do not want or intend to edit in a pro/anti LTN way so just wanted clarification on this specific point as I thought it was relevant to that article. Encyloedit (talk) 23:29, 15 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
