Salem Division (Highways) moved to draftspace

An article you recently created, Salem Division (Highways), is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. When you feel that you have brought the article up to a standard that satisfies Wikipedia's notability requirements simply enter the blue icon, which states Submit the draft for review!. It will then be reviewed by any editor monitoring the Article for Creation page. You can send me a message as well when you've done that and if I have the time I will try and review it for you. @MVDR Enthusiast, I had reverted your edits on Yercaud with a clear explanation on adding irrelevant categories but you had repeated the same for the second time. You had simply copy pasted or duplicated all entries under the Category:Tourist attractions in Salem district to the new category Category:Tourist attractions in Salem while most of them do not lie in the city per se and are only part of the district. Your revert of my edit

FYI, there's no reason for anything other than an Articles for Creation (or "AFC") draft to have AfC templates. In other words, "Cleaning up accepted Articles for creation submission" is a legitimate explanation for deleting them when one turns an AfC draft into an actual article. The link to Sundararaja Perumal Temple, Salem was removed by the draft creator without explanation, though. I dream of horses (Hoofprints) (Neigh at me) 02:21, 26 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
