Notability

Thank you for your e-mail. I prefer to keep discussions "on-wiki" unless they are confidential. Notability is determined in accordance with our guidelines and policies. In this case, for artists, the guideline is at WP:ARTIST. Generally speaking for list articles, the inclusion criterion is that only individuals with Wikipedia articles are listed. Individuals who may meet the guidelines but who do not yet have an article about them are not listed until an article is created. I hope this helps.--ukexpat (talk) 01:23, 14 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
