Disputed non-free use rationale for File:1938 coat designed by Elsa Schiaparelli and Jean Cocteau.jpg

Thank you for uploading File:1938 coat designed by Elsa Schiaparelli and Jean Cocteau.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this file on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the file description page and adding or clarifying the reason why the file qualifies under this policy. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your file is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a non-free use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for files used under the non-free content policy require both a copyright tag and a non-free use rationale.

If it is determined that the file does not qualify under the non-free content policy, it might be deleted by an administrator within a few days in accordance with our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you. Stefan2 (talk) 23:33, 31 March 2015 (UTC)

Good luck with that. Given that it follows right on from the Worth stuff, I wonder about all the motivations behind the nomination. At least, unlike the Worth uploader, I haven't stolen copyrighted photographs. Mabalu (talk) 00:52, 1 April 2015 (UTC)

many thanks for the work on tiding up the references etc provided by the students. I had thought to leave it to them once they had completed their study, though I am not sure that would have worked, they are here to study Worth the designer not his article in Wikipedia. Thanks once again, Edmund Patrick confer 05:43, 1 April 2015 (UTC)

Please why do you want to delete this article it was first deleted and I had to work on it and ask it to be restored after I had worked on it. Please let me know what I need to do to prevent its deletion.Regards--Rberchie (talk) 09:41, 13 April 2015 (UTC) Thanks Mabalu I am really grateful for your time and how explanatory you have been. Sorry if I may have seemed to do anything out of bad faith. Your points have been clearly well noted. Please make it a stub and give me sometime as I look for concrete evidences to prove my claim. Thanks once again.
