A tag has been placed on Draft:Mar-Co Equipment Industrial Municipal Sweepers and Scrubbers, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Information icon Please refrain from making test edits in Wikipedia pages, such as those you made to Helen Slater, even if you intend to fix them later. Your edits have been reverted. If you would like to experiment again, please use your sandbox. Removing Infobox is not an improvement. FilmandTVFan28 (talk) 02:55, 23 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I am trying to update Helen's bio for her, I do not understand why you keep removing the content Mgavaldon (talk) 03:10, 23 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I already explained back at the article talk page that you were clearly messing up the info box. – FilmandTVFan28 (talk) 03:13, 23 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not understanding your point. I want to update the first few paragraphs of the page with her updated bio. The infobox was not messed up this last time. Where else am I allowed to edit and add her bio?

Please stop making test edits to Wikipedia, as you did to Helen Slater. It is considered vandalism, which, under Wikipedia policy, can lead to being blocked from editing. If you would like to experiment again, please use your sandbox. You're making the lead way too long. FilmandTVFan28 (talk) 03:32, 23 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

The 'lead' is not any longer than the one on Kate Winslet's page. ?? and I have read the editing tutorial, I'm using the Visual Editor.

According to Google regarding lead limit; The lead section (also known as the lead or introduction) of a Wikipedia article is the section before the table of contents and the first heading. ... Article length Fewer than 15,000 characters 15,000–30,000 characters

the bio I'm trying to add is; CHARACTERS 2385, WORDS 361, SENTENCES 26, PARAGRAPHS 8, SPACES 360

Mgavaldon moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, Mgavaldon, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Request reason:

Please unblock my account so I can work in Sandbox to make the correct edits to the bio. I will not attempt to add or remove anything til I get it right. Mgavaldon (talk) 18:28, 24 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

You're going to need to review conflict of interest and paid editing, and tell how your future edits will be different. I am declining your request. 331dot (talk) 20:06, 24 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again.
