In the paragraph beginning genderfucking is based, I think the language could be more neutral. For example maybe changing it from "there is an established, widespread notion that some clothes are “masculine” and should be worn by male-bodied individuals" try removing there is an establishe..notion" to just "In societies where a gender binary can be observed, clothes that are thought to be "masculine" are typically be worn by male bodied..." Under the heading Gender Binary, Elaborate on your first sentence. Is this according to a particular theorist? Explain social construction. Reference a study or source in your text when you talk about what most children say. Maybe find a way to say it without using most. I think that the entire last sentence comes off as very biased and overly simplified, and supports the masc/ fem stereotypes you are trying to interrogate. Try to find another way of saying it.
Create a category for/ with a heading on how people gender fuck. Place in that category cross dressing, androgyny,drag, faux drag.
It is not really clear how Gender Studies and Queer Theory are connected to Genderfuck. I know that they are but the article needs to make that connection more or put GS and QT in a see also section.

I copyedited the first section and fixed links, but I stopped at section Gender Binary because the article is clearly unfinished. Still needs quite a bit of writing and references.
There's also a problem with many footnote numbers -- they have have an extra set of brackets.
