What do you base your claim that "Ефре́йтор Yefreytor is definatly OR-2" and "In BR there is NO OR3 and OR4" on? Skjoldbro (talk) 11:59, 8 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

You are ones again claiming "In former Soviet armed forces, including Russia, there were, and is not any OR3 and OR4 grades.". Do you have a source for that? Because according to STANAG 2116 (Edition 6) D-1, an Yefreytor is equal to OR4. The exact opposite that you continue to claim, without source. Skjoldbro (talk) 11:08, 13 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry dear colleague, the OR2 accomplishment to yefreytor is a matter of fact in German speaking armed forces. However, BR is free to take national decisions. However, in the former SU an WP countries, in line to the military doctrine, there was no regular OR3 and OR4. The only exception was the Stabsgefreiter (OR3) of GDR STASI. Very respectfully ---MilHistExp (talk) 07:32, 17 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use files in list articles

[edit]

Please note that fair-use rationale for non-free images do not extend to list articles. You've added such files here: [1] and here. I've already revert a similar edit on Wiking. Please remove the files from Totenkopf and LSSAH. If you could also go through the rest of your contributions where you may have added such files and please remove them, that would be great. --K.e.coffman (talk) 03:05, 17 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

edit on TR wikipedia

[edit]

Hey MilHistExp,

Today you might have tried to create your own user-page on tr.wikipedia, though the filter did not allow the edit. It was because your user name consisted "home", though now it's fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience. You can, now, create your own user-page there. Thanks for your contribution! Goktr001 (talk) 16:29, 5 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Gustav von Wulffen

[edit]

Hello MilHistExp, Your editing of Gustav von Wulffen was not correct. The rank of Sturmführer was changed after the Night of the Long Knifes, and that was after june/july 1934. Greetings and bye ,--Maddriver371 (talk) 17:19, 8 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you very much for this advice. v.r. --MilHistExp (talk) 06:32, 9 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Category:Military symbols - IDF requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the category has been empty for seven days or more and is not a disambiguation category, a category redirect, a featured topics category, under discussion at Categories for discussion, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Liz Read! Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Ranks and insignia of the Nazi Party, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Soldat. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 06:29, 11 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
