Abdullah Mashhoor Kunhikoya Thangal

[edit]

Dear friend, I urge you to understand that Wikipedia is an encyclopedia designed to provide neutral, accurate and well-referenced information. This page has become a subjective fan page full of anecdotes and unreferenced assertions. It also contains a lot of non-encyclopedic trivia. I'm not blaming you for this. I'm just requesting that you don't oppose reasonable changes made to this page. Wikipedia requires citations to reliable and authoritative third-party sources. Two good sets of Wikipedia guidelines that I have found really useful can be found HERE, regarding verifiability and HERE, regarding the need to maintain a neutral point of view. Best wishes, George Custer's Sabre 08:19, 30 April 2018 (UTC)

Moosathasleem, you might want to read and also contribute to Talk:Abdullah Mashhoor Kunhikoya Thangal‎.-- Toddy1 (talk) 15:20, 1 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

The article Abdullah Mashhoor Kunhikoya Thangal has been proposed for deletion. The proposed deletion notice added to the article should explain why.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.-- Toddy1 (talk) 07:22, 1 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hi toddy, Please keep the article as it is ... if you can remove required sentences.. i ll never opose with re edit... this 100 % not for self promotio or personal selfish... tell me what is required matter to avaoid trouble email 1 May at 11:12
The article needs citations to reliable sources. It needs these for two purposes.
  1. To establish notability. See Wikipedia:Notability (people). Citations to self-publishing platforms such as Scribd.com are not evidence of notability.
  2. To verify statements in the article. See Wikipedia:Verifiability. Please note that citations need to say the things they are cited for.
Are there books and articles about this man? If yes, do you have access to them?-- Toddy1 (talk) 11:15, 1 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
We keep telling you, but you don't get it In this edit summary[1] you wrote "we have many books and papers how i can show you? what is the access to give you.. the soft copy i can anywhere."
Have you heard of online bookshops such as Amazon? They have them in many countries and sell books all over the world. If you want books in German, try www.amazon.de; for books in Italian, try www.amazon.it. There are lots of versions in different languages. There is even one for English people www.amazon.co.uk.
If you want to cite a proper book, you do not have to upload the book. You just cite it <ref>''The Minority of Henry III'', by DA Carpenter, 1990, page 13.</ref> If people want to check the citation, they can buy a copy of the book on Amazon, or some other bookshop.
So the question is, are there any proper books on Mr. Thangal? If yes, cite them. If no, the article will probably be deleted.
if the article is deleted, do not worry. Spend about a year of your time writing a book about him, and then get it published by a proper publisher. If he was the man you say he was, then many people will buy it.-- Toddy1 (talk) 06:11, 3 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
email reply 06 May 0922 (UTC) thanks Toddy! for your valuable reply... i ll try to publish in major online sellers... and ill put the cities for each you have mentioned.. but kindly keep the article for few weeks as it is... i request you..
