Hi Thanks very much to you both, ( DGG and Α Guy into Books) for helpful comments. I will soon make another try at editing a new version.

DGG: Thanks for your comment on notability. McCaskill does indeed straddle the boundary between "notable" and "famous". The original comment of Α Guy into Books, "Fails the notability test." seemed a little off base.

I understand the other comments of you both, and will give another try at editing.
