One way to try is to use someone else's computer. Not someone who has the same type of computer, mind you- use someone who has a computer that has completely different hardware, software, etc. and try to play the video using that person's software. If it works, then there's probably something iffy on your computer. If it doesn't, just keep looking for other people you know and pester them to see if they'll let you do this... or you can try poking around in your video software's "help" tool to see if they have anything. If not, contact the person that made the video to send you just the section you need, not the entire thing... 68.101.123.219 02:41, 24 August 2007 (UTC)
