Information icon Hello, I'm TornadoLGS. I wanted to let you know that one or more external links you added have been removed because they seemed to be inappropriate for an encyclopedia. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page, or take a look at our guidelines about links. Thank you. Apologies. I initially mistook your edit as adding a spam link. That being said , we usually only need to disambiguate terms if two or more of them already have articles on this site. TornadoLGS (talk) 05:28, 8 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I just wanted to add that whly.com.au is also a food service provider.

Re:Help with editing.

[edit]

Hello, I don't know of any videos, since I'm not accustomed to welcoming new editors. These are some links that are commonly given to new editors:

The Teahouse and help desk are good places if you have specific questions. Your sandbox would be the place to experiment with editing.

One note I have on talk page posts, new discussions should go at the bottom of the page under a new header, formatted like this:

==Section title==

Talk pages will have a "new section" button at the top, which you can click to do this automatically. Talk page comments and replies should also be signed by typing "~~~~" at the end of the comment. This will create a time-stamped signature, like the one you see at the end of my comment here. TornadoLGS (talk) 01:11, 18 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

If i create something would it be possible for you to look over it to make sure im doing it correctly. >> ?? — Preceding unsigned comment added by PerthDigitalEdge (talkcontribs)
Unfortunately I'm rather busy in real life, so I only have time to make occasional edits to articles in my watchlist and maybe do a little vandalism patrol. I also don't have much experience reviewing article candidates. There are more qualified people, and it may be best to ask someone familiar with whatever the subject matter is of the article you want to create. If the page you want to create is in that whly food delivery service that you mentioned earlier, I'd make sure it meets the notability guidelines for businesses (mainly, it has to be notable enough to be discussed by multiple third-party sources) and that it does not appear promotional at all. Your username

[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. I noticed that your username, "PerthDigitalEdge", may not comply with our username policy. Please note that you may not use a username that represents the name of a company, group, organization, product, service, or website. Examples of usernames that are not allowed include "XYZ Company", "MyWidgetsUSA.com", and "Foobar Museum of Art". However, you are permitted to use a username that contains such a name if it identifies you individually (not your role), such as "Sara Smith at XYZ Company", "Mark at WidgetsUSA", or "FoobarFan87", but not "SEO Manager at XYZ Company".

Please also note that Wikipedia does not allow accounts to be shared by multiple people and that you may not advocate for or promote any company, group, organization, product, service, or website, regardless of your username. Please also read our paid editing policy and our conflict of interest guideline. If you are a single individual and are willing to contribute to Wikipedia in an unbiased manner, please request a change of username by completing the form at Special:GlobalRenameRequest, choosing a username that complies with our username policy. Alternatively, you can just create a new account and use that for editing. If you believe that your username does not violate our policy, please leave a note here explaining why. Thank you. 331dot (talk) 11:05, 6 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

If you intend to edit about clients, the Wikipedia Terms of Use require that to be declared as a formal paid editing disclosure. I can change your username if you tell what it is you want to change it to. 331dot (talk) 11:06, 6 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Your account has been blocked from editing because your username gives the impression that the account represents a group, club, organization, company, product, department, or website. Your username is the principal reason for the block. You are welcome to continue editing after you have chosen a new username that complies with Wikipedia's username policy.

You should also read our conflict of interest guideline and be aware that promotional editing is not acceptable, regardless of the username that you choose. Additionally, if your contributions to Wikipedia form all or part of work for which you are, or expect to be, paid or compensated in any way, you must disclose who is paying you to edit here. You may also read our FAQ for article subjects.

Please take a moment to either create a new account, or request a username change to this account.
  • To create a new account with a different username, simply log out of this account and then click here to make a new one.
  • If you prefer to change the username of this account, you may do so by adding the following text to the bottom of your user talk page (this page): {{unblock-un|new username|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.

Important items to note:

  • The new username that you choose must represent you as an individual person, and it must comply with Wikipedia's username policy.
  • The new username you choose cannot already be taken and used by another account. You can search here to see if the username you'd like to choose is available. If the search returns, "There is no global account for [username]", that means it is available.
  • Please also note that you are permitted to use a username that contains the name of a company or organization if it also identifies you individually, such as "Sara Smith at XYZ Company", "Mark at WidgetsUSA", or "FoobarFan87", but not "SEO Manager at XYZ Company".

Appeals: If your username does not represent a group, organization, department, website, or other entity described above, and if you believe that this block was incorrect or made in error, you may appeal this block by adding the following text to the bottom of your user talk page (this page): {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}
