[edit]Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. We welcome and appreciate your contributions, but it appears you have written or added to an article about yourself. Creating an autobiography is strongly discouraged – see our guideline on writing autobiographies. If you create such an article, it may be deleted. If what you have done in life is genuinely notable and can be verified according to our policy for articles about living people, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later (see Wikipedians with articles). If you wish to add to an existing article about yourself, please propose the changes on its talk page. Please understand that this is an encyclopedia and not a personal web space or social networking site. If your article has already been deleted, please see: Why was my page deleted?, and if you feel the deletion was an error, please discuss it with the deleting administrator. Thank you. Please help me with...making sure that the autobiography article I have written about my boss Philip Murgor adheres to Wikipedia's Neutral Point of View Policy. He is a public figure about to run for public office again thus the need for a wikipedia page about him. I am a first time user on wikipedia currently the page I created has a banner on it stating that the article has yet to meet the neutrality rule.

- If Mr. Murgor is not using the account himself, then it needs to be renamed. Also, an autobiography is written by the subject himself, not an underling for him. The banner will remain because you're employed by him, and thus have a conflict of interest here. —Jeremy v^_^v Bori! 09:24, 22 November 2016 (UTC)
- I also like to add that articles are created and accepted because they're notable, and not because the subject of the article needs promotional exposure or a nice spot in the first ten results of a Google search. These are taken into consideration, and will likely affect your submission negatively in the review process. —Hexafluoride Ping me if you need help, or post on my talk 10:56, 22 November 2016 (UTC)

- It does not help with the problem of autobiography and conflict of interest. You should have zero concern for what the subject himself wants to be said of him. What you should be doing is to report, with due weight, what independent sources have written about him. I suggest you remove everything in the article that is not supported by a reliable source. After that, revisit reliable sources and summarize what they say, both positive and negative aspects. Do this in a neutral tone. No one 'distinguishes themselves incorruptible'; this is a highly loaded expression and I doubt any reliable sources writes this about any person. – Finnusertop (talk ⋅ contribs) 20:46, 22 November 2016 (UTC)
Replaceable fair use File:Philip Murgor.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Philip Murgor.jpg. I noticed that this file is being used under a claim of fair use. However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. This criterion states that files used under claims of fair use may have no free equivalent; in other words, if the file could be adequately covered by a freely-licensed file or by text alone, then it may not be used on Wikipedia. If you believe this file is not replaceable, please:
- Go to the file description page and add the text
{{di-replaceable fair use disputed|<your reason>}}
below the original replaceable fair use template, replacing<your reason>
with a short explanation of why the file is not replaceable. - On the file discussion page, write a full explanation of why you believe the file is not replaceable.
Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media item by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by creating new media yourself (for example, by taking your own photograph of the subject).
If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these media fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if uploaded before 13 July 2006), per the non-free content policy. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. – Finnusertop (talk ⋅ contribs) 21:27, 25 November 2016 (UTC)
