I see that in your initial burst of activity on WP, you spent some time removing brackets from red links calling your activity fixing "broken links". Some of these edits were quickly reversed. There's a difference between a broken link, which is repaired by rewriting the target of the link to an existing page, and red links, which are considered intentional and have the purpose of encouraging other editors to write articles on the subject. Please consider this difference if you choose to resume editing. It's okay to take the brackets off a red link if, in your judgement, the subject will never be covered by an encyclopedia article, but don't then describe it as a "broken link".

One way to see red links in operation is to do fixes of unintentional links to disambiguation pages. The tool used takes red links into consideration so an editor can see that a subject may be on the verge of needing an article because there are multiple references to what may be the same subject from several different pages. This is a good situation for creating an article because these red links turn into blue links immediately, without having to hunt them down – plus, the new article is not considered an orphan, right from the start. — jmcgnh(talk) (contribs) 17:22, 9 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
