Please bear these points in mind while editing Wikipedia

The Wikipedia tutorial is a good place to start learning about Wikipedia. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. By the way, you can sign your name on Talk and discussion pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~ (the software will replace them with your signature and the date). Again, welcome!

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a search with the contents of Sr. Margarita J. Guzon MMCCS., and it appears to be very similar to another Wikipedia page: Sr. Margarita Guzon. MMCCS. It is possible that you have accidentally duplicated contents, or made an error while creating the page— you might want to look at the pages and see if that is the case. If you are intentionally trying to rename an article, please see Help:Moving a page for instructions on how to do this without copying and pasting. If you are trying to move or copy content from one article to a different one, please see Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia and be sure you have acknowledged the duplication of material in an edit summary to preserve attribution history.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. CorenSearchBot (talk) 10:36, 21 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

If you believe the page should not be deleted, you may contest the deletion by clicking on the button that says: Click here to contest this speedy deletion, which appears inside the speedy deletion notice. Please stop removing speedy deletion notices from pages that you have created yourself, as you did with this edit to Sr. Margarita Guzon. MMCCS. If you continue to do so, you will be blocked from editing. Smtchahal (talk) 10:56, 21 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

The article Sr. Margarita Guzon. MMCCS has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Unreferenced, unable to establish notability

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. A tag has been placed on Sr. Jaqueline Blondin requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here. WWGB (talk) 11:45, 21 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

The article Alfredo Versoza has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this newly created biography of a living person will be deleted unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. A tag has been placed on Alfredo Versoza requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article or image appears to be a clear copyright infringement. This article or image appears to be a direct copy from http://saints.sqpn.com/tag/ordained-in-1904/. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website or image but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". A warning

[edit]

I have noticed that the contents of your articles appears to be copied from outside sites. Wikipedia cannot accept text copied in this way unless it is licensed under Creative Commons CC-BY-SA 3.0 or is in the public domain because of its age - see WP:COPYVIO for more details. This applies even if you wrote the text in question. I would also advise you to read WP:BIO about biographies, as your subjects don't seem to pass our notability requirements, and also please read WP:RS about the reliable AND independent sources needed to prove the notability. Speedy deletion nomination of Sr. Margarita Guzon

[edit]

Hello Pio Rehpotsirc,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Sr. Margarita Guzon for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Vanjagenije (talk) 14:46, 21 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Answer to your message

[edit]

I'm sorry, but Wikipedia is not the place to deal with cases for sainthood. This is an encyclopaedia, and while we have articles about the more notable saints, we do not take any part in the proceedings of beatification or canonisation. Trying to bring these people to wider attention is a form of promotion, and that is not allowed here. I've already mentioned the problem of copyright, which is a matter regarded very seriously on Wikipedia, and the apparent lack of notability (by our standards) of your subjects. Please take heed of what you are being told, not just by me but also by the deletions by other administrators. Peridon (talk) 14:46, 21 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

You say: "ive done it for the time that some of them(promoters) need some resource they will be able to see it in the list". That is using Wikipedia as a free web host, and guess what? That's not allowed either. Sorry, but you can use Facebook or other places to get your stuff up online. Wikiprdia is not a 'resource' in the sense of giving notability to something. We record things that are notable, but we don't make things notable, and we don't allow use to attempt to make things notable. You must stop doing this. Information icon Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button ( or ) located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Stop recreating deleted articles

[edit]

You have now created four separate articles about Sr. Margarita Guzon, under slightly different versions of her name. Three of them were deleted and the fourth is about to be deleted. You also recreated the article Alfredo Versoza after it was deleted. These articles have been speedily deleted, multiple times, for reasons that Peridon has explained quite clearly. These articles do NOT belong at Wikipedia and you must stop trying to put them here. If you keep recreating them after they get deleted, administrators have the power to limit or block your ability to edit here. --MelanieN (talk) 15:19, 21 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
