VandalProof

[edit]

I'm not a VandalProof moderator, but I have to say that with your stats (60 mainspace article), you haven't got much chanches of getting authorized. Anyway, good luck ;-) and happy editing on Wikipedia by Snowolf (talk) on 20:11, 17 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I understand that concern, so Ive been upping my mainspace edits, I should be at 250 soon. --Plattler01 15:21, 21 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I am now at over 250 mainspace edits, the majority of which are removals of vandalism. --Plattler01 03:19, 31 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Your VandalProof Application

[edit]

Dear Plattler01,

Thank you for applying for VandalProof! (VP). As you may know, VP is a very powerful program, and in fact the just released 1.3 version has even more power. Because of this we must uphold strict protocols before approving a new applicant. Regretfully, I have chosen to decline your application at this time. The reason for this is that Please come back and rerequest in a month please. Please note it is nothing personal by any means, and we certainly welcome you to apply again soon. Thank you for your interest in VandalProof. Betacommand (talkcontribsBot) 18:43, 2 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

You "Undid revision 105231369 by 162.83.230.192". Please keep in mind that some vandals make several edits. Moreover several vandals may take turns. The "undo" veature seems to revert only a singe last edit. You must always check the article history for more surprizes. `'mikka 01:17, 3 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Swimming

[edit]

Hi Plattler01,

I am trying to start a WaterSports Wikiproject. I got this idea when I noticed that the Phelps page did not have a picture, even when it was a featured article on the main page, and when he broke the world record. Swimming/WaterSports needs a hub of workers to help with swimming related articles. The project would include long and short course, along with water ballet, syncro, diving, water polo, open water and the players of those sports. It might be given the name WaterSport(s). Its all up for discussion. If you are interested in helping out, please add your name to this list and add any comments you might have. See you around the pool, --wpktsfs 03:26, 8 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
