Query Concerning Walliserops

[edit]

Do you happen to have any photographs of the new species of Walliserops?--Mr Fink (talk) 22:30, 15 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Yes. Will post to commons when I've found them (all 3 described and 1 un-described) and figured out how to do it... a little green on that front. Psuedomorph (talk) 10:22, 16 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I could help, if you want.--Mr Fink (talk) 13:02, 16 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Sounds good. What do you suggest? Psuedomorph (talk) 14:36, 17 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Well, if you were the one who took the photos, then I can show you which links and or copyright stuff to put in, or, if not, but the copyright holders are giving you permission, I can either find which copyright thing to put in, or I can look for a moderator/administrator who does. Or, if all else fails, you could always just email me the photos, and I can draw them.--Mr Fink (talk) 03:30, 18 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I'm going to have a go at up loading some today, it's something I'll need to know anyway. Found 3 pics so far, the others I had are pretty poor quality, but we'll see what can be done. Psuedomorph (talk) 08:43, 18 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
2 up tagged under trilobita and devonian in commons. Psuedomorph (talk) 10:00, 18 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Who?

[edit]

Well, I like a good mystery. I should probably have pointed out that Charles Emerson Beecher also has his own Yale Obituary Record entry (pp. 402-4), though I don't think there's much there that you don't already have. - Nunh-huh 01:38, 24 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I did find it, and it helped quite a bit. The connection between the SSS and his tenure was not clear until then. Also, less gushing than the Robert Jackson source that most of the info came from. Psuedomorph (talk) 09:32, 27 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
