Your reason here: I started on wikipedia when I was still in school, this is not a school but a public place. I use public places, but I like it here the best. The page in question is outdated because the artist name was officialy changed back and is officially known as her first name only. The last name on Wikipedia was used for only 1 year in her 20 year career and has been officialy dropped. If another user wants that name to submit their new artist, which is when this started, this does not have to be a problem. They can both co-excist in peace. There are more than 2 artists with that first name in the world and on itunes etc. Her first name was the primary topic on wikipedia at first and I believe it should have stayed that way, but since this artist has not only been a singer, or musician or actess and host but also a poet for the past 20 years, I suggest adding "(entertainer)" after her first name, like was suggested by another user. That way no one gets offended. This artist's official name is her first name only. See her official pages, and other official pages. In short: 1. It's a busy public place, but I don't think anyone else has used my account 2. All my edits have been proven to be true, they are even old news 3. This wikipedia page is outdated since the music artist, actress and poet name was officialy changed back to her first name without a last name, a while ago. 4. I would like to know if one can still edit from here, or not. I added news to the outdated page and it was deleted. This news, plus the fact that the name has been changed back to her original name for which she has been known over the past 20 years can be found all over the internet, in her new music, plays and concerts.
