Updating WWII ships mostly Japanese and American Warships

Not sure where they got there informations from, i though i did the right things by updating it or replacing it with more accurate details. There some books that European cannot get their hands on. Also some books are very rare and hard to find from Japan, books i been updating from usually from Jane's Fighting Ships of WWII, WW2 Fact Files, Dictionary of American Naval Fighting Ships (8vols), etcs. Have so many books and some are misspelled and incorrect infos. Been modding a game for the last six months by modifing the codes for Pacific Storm: Allies by Lesta Studio, it was imcompleted when it was released. So been having some fans and players around the world creation 3D models and i been updating the details by making realistic strategy game as possible, like it did in history.

You've been changing the range and fuel figures for the Akagi, but they don't match the sourced figures in the main body. Please provide a cite so we can discuss how good your sources are. True Jane was outdated, some are okay compare to my other books, The Akagi was an old battlecruiser hull. To maintain her cruising speed along with her screens she should be able to travel decent range around 16knots, 18knots would reduce the range. This booklet WWII Fact Files on Aircraft Carriers in WWII seem to be more accurate and good details. Have no clue where i got this booklet, kept it for many years. If you want i can provide the ISBN 0-668-04164-1. This book by David Brown, Published by Arco Publishing Co, Inc. NY, NY 10003 Copyrighted 1977. Printed in Great Britain. Now compare to this infos on other books are the samn. Most books leave out important details, so many incorrect and misspelled names like the one in Jane's FS of WWII. Also been reviewing The Illustrated Encyclopedia of 20th Century Weapons & Warfare (24vols) that i have. I dumped most of my books due to moving around.

Been modding this game (Pacific Storm: Allies) and came across this was alittle off. Infact i found alot of American Ships in WWII are not corrected either, along with my American Dictionary Naval Warships in WWII. Dunno if i should put that in or leave it for someone else. Cause i dont want to fight or re-entering the infos back and fourth lol.

You have any ideas how long that can take to clear that up? If this take forever or alot of talking and have nothing to prove what i have, then i must be wasting my time updating this wiki reference. Maybe i should leave then??? I am not much into talking to peoples about my works anyway.

I'm sorry if I have upset you in any way, but verifiability is a corner stone of Wikipedia. We can't just add stuff that we know to be true, the added info has to be cited to verifiable and reliable sources. It's really that simple. Manxruler (talk) 01:34, 20 July 2011 (UTC)

Well i decided to withdraw from wikipedia, just dont have time to chat with peoples that disagreed, some peoples out there will simply change it anyway. All i trying to do is put the facts in there to be more accurate. I will keep the informations to myself for now on. Thank you for your time. Thomas
