Speedy deletion nomination of User:Rosogolla Film/sandbox
[edit]A tag has been placed on your user page, User:Rosogolla Film/sandbox, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be blatant advertising which only promotes or publicises a company, product, group or service. This is a violation of our policies regarding acceptable use of user pages — user pages are intended for active editors of Wikipedia to communicate with one another as part of the process of creating encyclopedic content, and should not be mistaken for free webhosting resources or advertising space. Please read the guidelines on spam, the guidelines on user pages, and, especially, our FAQ for Organizations.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. [edit]Hello, Rosogolla Film. Thank you for helping to build Wikipedia-- the world's largest free content encyclopedia. I'm sorry, but User:Rosogolla Film/sandbox has been deleted as meeting WP:CSD#G11. "This applies to pages that are exclusively promotional and would need to be fundamentally rewritten to conform with Wikipedia:NOTFORPROMOTION." These must be rewritten from scratch from "reliable, third party sources unconnected to the subject." See WP:RS.
Advertising and using Wikipedia as a "soapbox" are against Wikipedia policy and not permitted. Users who do so may be blocked from editing. Promotional content is vigorously deleted. Wikipedia:Identifying blatant advertising#Typical signs of blatant advertising contains information about content to avoid. For more information on content that may be perceived as promotional, click User:Dlohcierekim/promo. Sometimes pages meeting WP:CSD#G11 give the appearance of an editor violating Wikipedia:Conflict of interest or WP:PAID. Please read and heed them if they apply to you.
Wikipedia is an encyclopedia-- subjects must meet notability guidelines with reliable sources providing verifiable information. That generally means someone unconnected with the subject needs to have written a great deal about the subject. Please see Wikipedia:Citing sources . Template:cite has templates you can use in citing your sources. Place the template {{references}} at the bottom of the page, and references cited in the text will appear there.

Any deficiencies should be remedied before reposting as they can lead to repeated deletions. Wikipedia is not a webhost. You may wish to consider alternative outlets.

unblock discussion considering connection with draft deleted as WP:CSD#G11
[edit]
In my view, the following conditions should be set for unblocking.
To be unblocked:
- the user should propose a new username that meets the username policy
- the user should confirm that this account is used by one individual only
- the user should agree to avoid creating or directly editing articles related to Rosogolla (requested edits will still be permitted)
- the user should agree to abide by the Wikimedia Foundation's Terms of Use and disclose any paid relationship in accordance with the paid contributor policy
- the user should indicate what areas of Wikipedia the user intends to edit in the future
If the user has no interest in editing Wikipedia beyond writing about your organisation, then the user should not be unblocked. If this is the case, I recommend the user consider alternative outlets.
I'm sorry that this message could not be more favourable.

- Don’t know if you noticed that this is a soft block and that the block message explicitly says they may just start a new account, as is standard procedure for someone with an WP:ORGNAME that has only made a few edits. So, unless you intend to alter the block settings to a hard block, they don’t need to meet any of these conditions to continue editing. Beeblebrox (talk) 19:53, 25 April 2018 (UTC)
- Yeah. That is a problem.--Dlohcierekim (talk) 20:00, 25 April 2018 (UTC)
