A tag has been placed on Radhakrishnan Pillai, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. ☆★Mamushir (✉✉) 11:15, 28 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you @North8000:, please guide me and teach me whenever I'll do mistakes. Samir Bishal (talk) 09:48, 10 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Cool. For that particular article, the important next thing to do is to build content......Look at what the sources said about her and, in your own words, write that in the article. North8000 (talk) 16:47, 10 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@North8000: Thanks for your reply and suggestion. One more thing, i have created a draft can you please check the draft and suggest me accordingly. And if the draft is ok, you can review the draft. Thanking you in advance. Samir Bishal (talk) 18:23, 10 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Can you give me a link or name on the draft? North8000 (talk) 18:31, 10 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@North8000: Here is the draft Draft:Radhakrishnan Pillai. Please check and guide me accordingly. Samir Bishal (talk) 04:58, 11 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Samir Bishal. First one preface, I would tend to be tougher on and expect more on a draft or AFC article than I would be for NPP work. NPP work is based more on a projection of what would happen at AFD.

Next I'll note that if there was a hypothetical John Smith with the same editing history as yours I'd note that they are likely to have a tough time in Wikipedia because their editing history tends to look similar to paid editing. A focus on articles on persons where having an article in Wikipedia is likely to benefit their career or finances. Also articles where the text is mostly resume /CV type material. If that were the case, my advice would be to either declare or stop their paid editing and if it were not the case I'd advise them to diversify the type of editing that they do and to make sure that it is all under one account.

Now, with those hypothetical possibilities about John Smith aside, on to this article. It looks like there is plenty of material on Radhakrishnan Pillai in the sources that you have. Now you need to thoroughly read that material and start putting it into the article in your own words. And do a large expansion of the text in the article. Pick it more by what readers would want to read about him. Right now it just has a few sentences and only of resume / CV type material. Happy editing! Sincerely, North8000 (talk) 13:01, 11 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@North8000: I didn't get the John Smith point. But about Radhakrishnan Pillai, actually i am new on wikipedia. So i dont know how much information i can add. So added less information. and there is an editor name Nomadicghumakkad he also mentioned on his user page that if you are submitting any draft for review then put less information. Hello @DoubleGrazing: thank you for going through Draft:Radhakrishnan Pillai and reviewed the draft. If you go through those news coverages you can see those coverages are falling under RS. Just take a look The Hindu, The Hindu, The Hindu, The Hindu, The New Indian Express, The New Indian Express, The Hindu, The Indian Express, The New Indian Express. So the question over here is "The Hindu" reliable ? The answer is YES. Same quesion is here with "The New Indian Express" and "Indian Express" are they Generally Reliale ? The answer is YES. So according to WP:RS the news coverages which I added there on the draft are all reliable. Please check those fact and guide me. If there are any other issue then guide me ill try to improve thank you. Samir Bishal (talk) 10:26, 22 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Hi @DoubleGrazing:,can i expect a reply om the same so that i can have better clarification about it ? Samir Bishal (talk) 15:13, 26 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I didn't decline this draft on the basis of unreliable sources. I declined it because the sources do not provide the kind of significant coverage required by the general notability guideline WP:GNG, and/or they are churnalism. -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 15:17, 26 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@DoubleGrazing: Thank you for the clarification. Would love to learn more from you. Samir Bishal (talk) 15:28, 26 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
