Based on the wording of your last edit summary, do you have links with the subject of the article? If so, you have a WP:Conflict of interest and should not be editing it. Instead you should make suggestions on the talk page if you have any issues.

Separately, I've reinstated the references, but omitted the one that referred to 'sexual harassment' in the title. The other two just say 'harassment', which is the wording used in the article. This sort of thing cannot be left unreferenced. Cheers, Number 57 10:51, 17 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
