I'm reviewing your article on George Paul Hess. It's a quite good article, better than most. As some hints, It's usual to not give the titles of the papers in the text, because they are in the references. There's some additional material needed, the name of his graduate advisor and the thesis title, and also his postdoctoral advisor. These chains of connections are important in science. We also should have the dates and exact titles of his various appointments and promotions at Cornell. He probably received some awards--national level awards should be listed, and any positions of editor in chief of a journal or president of a society. (In particular, he's apparently a member of the NAS, and this needs to said specifically along with the year of his induction;) .
