Thank you so much, MurielMary! I was afraid it might take 3 months! I will try to improve the article, and will also create more articles soon. --Sgy8000 (talk) 08:48, 29 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Great! Hope you enjoy editing here! If you like writing new articles about notable women, you might like to look at the work that the project Women in Red does. It's a group of editors who write new articles on women. You can search for the project with "WP:Women in Red" in the wikipedia search box. MurielMary (talk) 08:50, 29 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
MurielMary, maybe you can help me understand one thing: The article is now classified as Start, and these articles "may not cite adequate reliable sources". For a scientist's Wikipedia page, if not websites of universities etc., which sources are classified as "more reliable"? Would I have to use more direct links to studies? --Sgy8000 (talk) 09:35, 29 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
I'm not an expert on this, but I think that websites of the university that an academic works at are not considered completely independent. I suggest you look for sources outside of her employers e.g. news stories (if anything like this exists!) MurielMary (talk) 09:50, 29 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you! --Sgy8000 (talk) 11:04, 29 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
