Image without license
[edit]Unspecified source/license for File:St Brelades FC.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:St Brelades FC.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. Even if you created the image yourself, you still need to release it so Wikipedia can use it. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time after the next seven days. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self}}
(to release all rights), {{self|cc-by-sa-4.0}}
(to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by MifterBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. NOTE: Once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. --MifterBot (Talk • Contribs • Owner) 00:45, 12 June 2020 (UTC)
Orphaned non-free image File:St Brelades FC.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:St Brelades FC.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you.
Additional note: Since the logo is non-free, I have pre-filled fair use rationale and the appropriate licensing for the file. However, I also have temporarily removed the image from Draft:St. Brelade Football Club (commented out; see page source and this diff), since per WP:NFCC#9, non-free content is only allowed in articles in the article namespace, hence the orphaned non-free image notice above. Again, orphaned non-free images are subjected for deletion after 7 days. Ntx61 (talk) 14:01, 12 June 2020 (UTC)

[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. I noticed that your username, "StBreladesFC", may not meet Wikipedia's username policy because the username appears to be promotional. Hello, StBreladesFC. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about in the page Draft:St. Brelade Football Club, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:
- avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, company, organization or competitors;
- propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{request edit}} template);
- disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest#How to disclose a COI);
- avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see WP:Spam);
- do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.
Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. Ntx61 (talk) 14:01, 12 June 2020 (UTC)
If you intend to make useful contributions other than promoting your business or organisation, you may request an unblock. To do so, post the text {{unblock-spamun|Your proposed new username|Your reason here}}
at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your proposed new username" with a new username you are willing to use. See Special:CentralAuth to search for available usernames. Your new username will need to meet our username policy. Replace the text "Your reason here" with your reason to be unblocked. In that reason, you must:
- Convince us that you understand the reason for your block and that you will not repeat the kind of edits for which you were blocked.
- Describe in general terms the contributions that you intend to make if you are unblocked.
{{unblock|Your reason here}}
at the bottom of your talk page, replace the text "Your reason here" with your reason for thinking that the block was an error, and publish the page. Orange Mike | Talk 15:42, 12 June 2020 (UTC)I am publishing a Wikipedia page for a grassroots football club. The username is as it is because it’s easy for me to remember I don’t want my name attached to the page. I can change the name but I don’t see the benefit.
There is no remuneration or business purposes. Simply a Wikipedia page for a local grassroots football team. Nothing complicated about that, in addition you will see identical pages for all other football clubs on the island, so where is the consistency?
Please highlight what you want me to do/change. StBreladesFC (talk) 11:23, 30 June 2020 (UTC)
