As a new user you may be unaware that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24-hour period. Additionally, users who perform several reversions in content disputes can be blocked for edit warring even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. When in dispute with another editor it is generally recommended that users first try to discuss controversial changes to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. Should that prove unsuccessful, users are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection. Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you must sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 22:31, 10 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there. I have protected this article for three days due to the ongoing dispute over the inclusion of the fees protest material. Please discuss this matter on the talk page of the article. --Mkativerata (talk) 22:37, 10 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome

Hello, Student17665, and Welcome to Wikipedia!

I can see you have had a tricky start to contributing to Wikipedia getting your viewpoint expressed in the UCL article and being challenged on policies for neutrality and appropriate weight. I hope you find these guides and sources of information helpful.

Happy editing! (talk) 11:12, 12 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
