April 2022

[edit]

Information icon Hi SuperSight! I noticed that you recently marked an edit as minor at 2022 Christchurch mayoral election that may not have been. "Minor edit" has a very specific definition on Wikipedia – it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not a minor edit, even if it only concerns a single word. Please see Help:Minor edit for more information. It's not a biggie; just so you know. Thanks, I did not know. Helpful to know. SuperSight (talk) 05:47, 26 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I noticed that nobody ever welcomed you and that's not good enough; excuse that omission. Given that you wrote the 2022 Christchurch mayoral election page, do I take it that you are from Christchurch? If so, MurielMary sometimes organises get-togethers for Wikipedians; stay in touch with her. I usually came along but have moved away; otherwise, I'd be there. Again, welcome! Thanks. I am from Christchurch.
I've read your Wikipedia page twice as I noticed how much you've added things for NZ, heaps of stuff, like Mt Herbert wikipeida page! Thanks for doing stuff like that. And thanks for the offer. I don't add much to Wikipedia, nor do I intend to, although I'll edit things here and there. But thanks anyway. Happy accurate editing! :)
