Just want to remind you that, based on your conflict of interest, you should not edit the Perry Johnson (businessman) page. Also, if you'd still like to upload a photo, the correct place to do that is the Wikimedia Commons, not here. I'm not a major contributor there, but may be able to help explain how to upload a photo. If you have a photo of Johnson you have taken (or he has taken one and authorized you to release the copyright) you should be able to upload a photo to Commons even though you have a conflict of interest.
