Peer Review- Hyper Casual Games talk
[edit]Toaddoesnot’s article- Hyper-casual games Hi Toaddoesnot it is lag16116, I wanted to write some words about the nice article you were looking at! Hope you are having a nice weekend!
For the lead, I thought you did a very good job of following the Wikipedia lead as it is very concise and reflects the main points from the introductory paragraph of the Hyper Casual Games article. I liked the addition of the article body and the various categories you wrote as I feel it elaborates on the rather brief length of the hyper casual games. I especially like the section for notable games as the article only mentions one big game being Flappy bird. I think this could be found using some of the sources already in the article as there is mention in the history section about hyper casual games occupy 10 of 15 most downloaded games. This could also be a section to review as this sentence is vague in defining which year the hyper casual games are the 10 of 15 most downloaded. For mechanics I think this will be very interesting to detail as there seems to be a big variety of games and I am excited to see this section.
Overall I think this is a good article to tackle as in its state right now it is a brief overview on the hyper-casual game genre, but one that could use more detail and examples to let the reader get a more detailed view on the topic. I am excited to see what you do with it and wish all the best Toaddoesnot!!!! :)
