- As a 'veteran Wikipedian' myself, I can tell you that few people are likely to respond favourably to that sort of request. Not without some sort of indication that you have actually looked at the links provided in the draft page 'decline' notices:
This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

Dear reader admin Sir/Madam, I apologies for my mistake on the Wikipedia, The Doreman1969 is definitely not my account the Wikipedia, this was a person I had contact with in order to create a Wikipedia page, once the page was created I was sent the link in order to add more references & information into the source.
