Review of article over Maria Clara Eimmart
[edit]After looking over your article, it seems to me you have made some solid improvements. As far as content goes, you have some solid information on who Maria was and what she accomplished. I really liked the gallery of her illustrations, the “Astronomical Illustrations” section, and the way the article shows the connection between Eimmart’s work and her father and grandfather. There are a few suggestions I would make to further improve the article. It seems to me the “Biography” section has mostly information about Eimart’s father, grandfather, and husband. It seems to be lacking in information about Eimmart herself. I would suggest either finding more information about her life or splitting the biography section in two. Maybe leave one section titled “Biography” and call the other something like “Family History”. I would also suggest only linking to other articles once. For example, you have four links to “engraver”. You should only link to other articles at the first occurrence of the word. Also, the last sentence of the second paragraph under “Biography” is a run-on sentence. All in all it seems you have made some good additions. Good luck with the rest of your article!
Feel free to take a look at the article I am editing over Isabella Cortese. It would be good to hear any suggestions.ColeAnglin (talk) 02:53, 28 March 2014 (UTC)
Review
[edit]Your wiki-page over Maria Clara Eimmart looks pretty good and pictures are always nice to look at. The gallery at the bottom is a great showcase of Eimmart's work. One thing I noticed was a prompt that took me to a translated German page. At the bottom of the German page are a lot of links to literature about Maria Eimmart. Could those books have some more information about her that you could add to your wiki-page? Other than that, could the biography section be further sub-divided? All-in-all, a great article. I am willing to help you if you need any leads on sources. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Tylerjdaniel (talk • contribs) 08:40, 31 March 2014 (UTC)
