Information icon Hello, I'm Doug Weller. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions have been undone because they did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think a mistake was made, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Any major changes such as these must be discussed on the talk page first, as there is a consensus that this is a canard. Doug Weller talk 17:56, 23 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

This goes for templates as well. Please stop changing "canard" to "theme". As you can see below, this area is under sanctions and editing in this manner will run you foul of those sanctions. Doug Weller talk 18:49, 23 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Jewish Bolshevism is covered by discretionary sanctions under WP:ARBEE

This message contains important information about an administrative situation on Wikipedia. It does not imply any misconduct regarding your own contributions to date.

Please carefully read this information:

The Arbitration Committee has authorised discretionary sanctions to be used for pages regarding Eastern Europe, a topic which you have edited. The Committee's decision is here.

Discretionary sanctions is a system of conduct regulation designed to minimize disruption to controversial topics. This means uninvolved administrators can impose sanctions for edits relating to the topic that do not adhere to the purpose of Wikipedia, our standards of behavior, or relevant policies. Administrators may impose sanctions such as editing restrictions, bans, or blocks. This message is to notify you that sanctions are authorised for the topic you are editing. Before continuing to edit this topic, please familiarise yourself with the discretionary sanctions system. Don't hesitate to contact me or another editor if you have any questions.

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for not being here to create an encyclopedia but only to promote your antisemitic notions. You are obviously not a new user, as your third edit ever was to competently create a dab page. Your edits 7 — 10 were miniscule, clearly made solely for the purpose of being able to editit Jewish Bolshevism, which by then was semiprotected. I'm afraid you'll have to start over. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may request an unblock by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Bishonen | talk 19:50, 28 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
