Function details: Per the bot request, change {{Portal|People's Republic of China}} → {{Portal|China}}. I will also have the bot remove any duplicates created by this process (e.g. {{Portal|People's Republic of China|China}} → {{Portal|China|China}} → {{Portal|China}}) before saving.
