b) Add {{Copy to Wikimedia Commons with hidden file revisions}} to files output by https://quarry.wmcloud.org/query/69918.

Function details: This task would

a) convert [[Category:Copy to Wikimedia Commons with hidden file revisions]] to {{Copy to Wikimedia Commons with hidden file revisions}} (which simply includes the category). This is useful because this template can be automatically removed when exporting to Commons, while the category cannot (see m:WMDE Technical Wishes/Move files to Commons/Configuration file documentation and mw:Extension:FileImporter/Data/en.wikipedia).

b) Add {{Copy to Wikimedia Commons with hidden file revisions}} to files output by https://quarry.wmcloud.org/query/69918. This allows requests for unhiding to be submitted.

Approved for trial. Please provide a link to the relevant contributions and/or diffs when the trial is complete. Trial duration is whatever you think is appropriate to demonstrate the bot's correctness. Task seems uncontroversial and useful. (Weird that the extension isn't able to do that...) Trial complete. I settled on 5 edits for each subtask, as this is a pretty simple task and I can't think of a possible bug that more edits would turn up (and yes, I know writing this down is going to jinx something). Special thanks to Primefac for granting AWB access, which I forgot to ask for :).
