Function details: {{request edit}} was moved to {{edit COI}} because of a convoluted and sometimes confusing name. The first template is (I believe) going to be replaced with a generic "I need help with this edit" template, but in order for that to happen the original uses need to be replaced to have a "clean slate" so to speak. Simple find/replace of one template with another.
