Function overview: Move the "Older nominations" marker on WP:FAC daily. In addition, do some minor clean-up of FAC (replace underscores with spaces, get rid of some spaces), since the underscores tend to confuse User:Gimmebot.

- It just made its first edit (diff); it moved the marker down instead of up because the algorithm used is a little different than what Sandy previously did. Of course, I can easily change the number of days when a nom becomes "Older". I also fixed the code to leave a more informative edit summary, and fixed the bug in the code for WP:Bots/Requests for approval/UcuchaBot that caused the bot to bold the wrong article today.
