Strong Oppose: The nominator is NOT a major contributor to this article, nor have they consulted with major contributors. The nominator also appears to be unfamiliar with the criteria for FAC, as can be illustrated by the failure of multiple FA criteria in this article. I think we have to be kind and assume good faith in this case. It looks like it was related to the Wikipedia Ambassador program looking at Rsilton early edits and the article history, where BrianMSweis is a student. I kindly recommend taking this article to Peer review first, and once you take care of the concerns there, place it on good article candidate to be further reviewed.
