This is an IP-hopping editor from Hong Kong who persistently adds obscure Hong Kong geographic place names (in place of common ones), obscure land lot numbers, obscure or self-invented names of physical features and infrastructure, and geographic trivia/original research, often against consensus.

The key distinguishing behaviour of this IP-hopping editor (from other editors with similarly narrow or controversial interests in Hong Kong geography) is their habitual refusal to engage in dispute resolution with WP:IDHT-type behaviour. Inviting a suspected match to open an account to protect their privacy often helps to distinguish unrelated editors with similar interests with this IP-hopping editor.
