Our thematic focus is on activists, especially activists who were or are women of color. The event is open to all students, faculty, staff, alumnae, and community members. Join us whether or not you've ever edited Wikipedia entries before!

Schedule

[edit]

9:30AM-4:30PM

Laura R. Prieto will lead brief intros at 11am and 3pm, and be available for questions throughout most of the day. Jess Wallis will also be available all day to answer research-related questions.

The space will be open for anyone who wants to drop in and edit.

If you do not already have experience editing Wikipedia, we recommend the modules available at Wikipedia Training. But the event is open to all, and we will help new editors get started quickly. We will have library resources available so that participants can find relevant information easily.
