The Twenty-first Filipino Wikipedians meet-up in Metro Manila (Manila 21) was held on November 19, 2023 in Intramuros, Manila. The meeting venue was Cioccolata Churros Cafe at the Bayleaf Hotel. It was then followed by GLAM photowalk in Baluarte de Dilao, Museo San Agustin in San Agustin Church, and Fort Santiago. It started at 1:00 PM and ended at 06:00 PM.

Pilipinas Panorama Community

The event was organized by the Pilipinas Panorama Community which is a thematic community based in Metro Manila, Philippines.

• Second community consultation in the Philippines on the Wikimedia Movement Charter, led by Movement Charter Ambassador & Pilipinas Panorama Community Head Johnny Alegre (Buszmail)
• Discussion on the current state of the Freedom of Panorama in the Philippines
• Discussions about Philippine language-based Wikipedia projects
• GLAM Photowalk at the Museo San Agustin in San Agustin Church
• Photowalk at the Baluarte de Dilao and Fort Santiago
• Other organizational matters for the Pilipinas Panorama Community
