Ali Baba song, sung in Mandarin

[edit]

What is that Ali Baba song, sung in Mandarin? One verse goes like "Ali! Ali Baba!" (translated) and another verse goes like "Open Sesame!" (translated). I wish to know if it's ever possible to find the artist of the song or what the full lyrics may be. 140.254.227.75 (talk) 14:46, 2 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

In written Chinese, it probably goes like this: "阿里阿里巴巴". Then, something goes between that verse and the following verse, "芝麻开门". 140.254.227.75 (talk) 14:50, 2 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Never mind. I think I found the artist: Wu Diqing. I'm sure that's it, because it's got that verse.140.254.227.75 (talk) 14:55, 2 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Ugh. Is there an English version of an Ali Baba song? What made Wu Diqing write it? 140.254.227.75 (talk) 14:58, 2 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

playable goth girls?

[edit]

I was wondering if there are any games that have a goth girl that is playable and would be wearing black clothes, and platform boots?

Thank you ! 157.157.234.85 (talk) 19:48, 2 April 2014 (UTC) or just any playable/main character that wears platform boots? I've never seen any![reply]

While certainly not goth, Ulala of Sega's Space Channel 5 franchise has frequently been depicted in platform boots. --McDoobAU93 19:53, 2 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
I really liked Phantom_Breaker#Phantom_Breaker:_Battle_Grounds on XBLA. It's a classic brawler with a convoluted storyline and light RPG elements. The other fighting games in the series have similar characters. Slightly less USA "Goth", more towards gothic lolita, but still plenty of girls in dark outfits kicking ass. Check out the various Phantom Breaker games on Youtube or gamefaqs.com will give you more info. SemanticMantis (talk) 21:33, 2 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Nina Cortex from the Crash Bandicoot series matches that description. She is only playable in Crash Tag Team Racing though, I believe. Maris Brood, a fallen Jedi in Star Wars: The Force Unleashed has very gothy makeup, hair and clothing (no platform boots though). She is playable in the multiplayer fights of the game's sequel. --Canley (talk) 02:43, 3 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Several of the female characters from the Guitar Hero franchise meet the OPs description. --Jayron32 12:47, 3 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Skullgirls has a somewhat anime/goth-chic art style, and some of the roster of playable characters seem gothic to me (e.g. these two). 31.185.238.133 (talk) 21:09, 3 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
